Inquiry - History Inquiry

The Creditor History Inquiry displays the transaction history for a creditor. The transaction history is updated automatically during the End of Month process. It does not include the current month’s transactions.

  1. Display the Creditor Inquiry screen for the creditor you want to inquire on.

Refer to "Accessing Creditor Inquiries".

  1. Select INQUIRY | HISTORY INQUIRY.

Micronet displays a User Defined Questions screen.

  1. Complete the following fields:

Cheque Number

If you are inquiring on a specific creditor cheque, enter the cheque number. Leave this field blank to include all cheque numbers for the creditor.

 

Start / End Date

If you want to include a specific date range in the transaction history, enter or select the starting and ending dates. Leave these fields blank to include all dates.
  1. Select the Ok button.

Micronet displays the Select Output Device screen.

  1. Select whether you want the inquiry displayed on screen, printed, saved to a specific type of file, faxed, or emailed in a specific format.

Micronet prints or displays the Creditor History Inquiry.

  1. Select the Exit button to redisplay the Creditor Inquiry screen.
  1. If you want to inquire on another creditor, select FILE | NEW.
